I. Kaplan's background provides a tremendous foundation for
serving the immigration needs of his

practiced immigration law throughout his career. Mr. Kaplan

Mr.
Kaplan graduated from the University of California, Los
Angeles in 1977 with a B.A. degree. He then pursued his
law degree at Southwestern University School of Law (J.D.,
1980).
Mr.
Kaplan was admitted to the California Bar in 1980. He is
a member of the State Bar of Calfornia, the Orange County
Bar Association (Immigration Section), the Los Angeles County
Bar Association (Immigration Section) and the American Immigration
Lawyers Association (AILA).
